PRICES: Prices shown are current at the date of posting and are subject to change without notice. Prices billed will be those in effect at the time of shipment. If you have prices questions, please email our customer service representative or call us at 800-239-9729.

PAYMENT TERMS: Credit card payments are accepted and processed within 48 hours of order placement.
FREIGHT CHARGES: Orders are usually shipped UPS within 24 hours of the order being placed. For items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer (i.e. those items marked “CALL FOR FREIGHT PRICE”) freight charges are based upon location. Some items are subject to motor-freight charges.
RETURNS & WARRANTY: Returned items must be authorized. Request to return item must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. Some items are subject to a restocking fee. Customer will be notified of restocking fee when calling for return authorization. Customized items (i.e. markers w/initials, monogrammed protective apparel, etc.) are not eligible for return. All items sold are warranted by the manufacturer against failure caused solely by defective workmanship or materials.
